Merauke is Papua’s contribution to the oud world, and it carries a profile unlike almost any other origin. This merauke is very different from most other merauke's that you will find on the market. 

It opens with dry herbs layered over a creamy richness and deep woods. It carries an old-world character. It is very clean and smooth, not rough around the edges unlike most merauke's.  

The heart reveals clean resin and grassy nuances, airy and sparse, allowing the composition to breathe while preserving its wildness.

As it settles, pale amber emerges alongside dry timber and faint smoke. Merauke remains one of the more unusual expressions of oud, made for collectors drawn to oils that stand apart from familiar regional profiles.
